The HTML dir Tag
The HTML <dir> tag is not supported in HTML5. Before the HTML5 is introduced, the HTML4.01 <dir> tag is utilized as a tool in defining a directory list. In HTML5, the <ul> tag is used instead of the <dir> tag.
